SPIRIT is curently looking for members with specilized skills only!
Currently SPIRIT is in particular need of certain individuals with the following skill sets to be Subject Matter Experts:
- Real Estate Broker
- Lawyer
- Clergy
Do you have what it takes to be one of us?
Many will apply bit only few are chosen. We are very selective of who we choose to be a part of our group.
We are looking for those few potential members that show the desire to promote our goals as well as obey our rules.
There are two forms of membership: Investigator Members or Subject Matter Experts
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS
These SME members that provide invaluable support to the team when faced with special challenges, research material., or just advice from the subject that they are qualified and skilled in. They do not normally attend meetings and are not required to go through the full member training. They may take the training if the wish. They do not wear spirit gear unless requested or required to do so. These positions include Clergy, Real Estate Brokers, Weather Watchers, and Legal Counsel. Application for these positions is considered on an individual basis. There is no training to pass through only and orientation video. SME members can and do get considered for membership if they wish.
Investigator Full Members
These members are Investigators, and they are required to pass through are rigorous application process. If accepted, then they must attend a 12-hour initial Parapsychology basic training. Once these are completed thy must serve a probationary period. During their membership they will be required to attend monthly Continuing Education Training, Attend Paracons and Seminars, wear SPIRIT gear when directed, and attend Monthly Business meetings. They are required to attend investigations and analyze evidence at its conclusion.
Qualifications are you must:
1. Be 19 or older
2. Have your own dependable transportation
3. Have an internet connection and be able to communicate through email
4. Have a cell smart phone and be able to communicate through text messaging.
5. Be a team player and able to interact well with others
6. Be able to follow orders, instructions, bylaws, and rules
7. Be able to dedicate the time needed to do activities required.
8. Purchase some equipment and gear.
9. You do not have to believe in ghosts as we need skeptics as well.
10. Have not been convicted of any major crime.
11. Open minded, good attitude, self-motivated and well grounded
12. Must be willing to complete all training
13. Must be able to complete the application process.

The Application Process
The multi-step application, interview, and orientation process is listed below.
Please understand we have developed this process through much trial and error. Know this, SPIRIT is very selective in its membership process.
Every aspect from the questions we ask to the time that it takes between processes has a very definite and intentional purpose.
We do not hurry though the process or consideration in weighing the need to add new members, please don't be discouraged or disappointed. Be patient and stay with us and your perseverance will pay off. Attention must be paid to detail. Follow all directions to the letter.
Step 1
Applicant contacts the group to apply
Your application is sent to you in MS Word format. If you can open the document and fill out the application in the
Word program. When done save it under your last name and send it back as soon as you can. If you can include a photo,

If your application is accepted, you will receive a questionnaire that will need to be completed in full, returned, and reviewed.
Return it as soon as you finish.
Step 3
This is the oral interview portion.
It will be conducted at a location to be announced or by remote video depending upon the founder, co-founders, and chief of staff's schedules.
Your interview will be conducted by a four-member panel of the group. Interview is scheduled for sixty minutes.
Step 4
If you make it to this step, then you have been selected to become a probationary member of SPIRIT.
You truly have traveled far. You are now required to attend Orientation.
You will be given a link to some continuing education videos that must be viewed prior to the Orientation and training.
At Orientation you will be informed to the duties and responsibilities of membership.
You will be required to fill out some membership forms.
